1. Scope of Services
GRICOSIG SMC LTD provides secretarial support, IT services, AEC design assistance, logistics/procurement coordination, and regional project administration in Uganda. All requests are subject to confirmation, scoping, and agreement.
2. Digital Request & Routing
When you submit an request via our web forms, the details are securely captured and routed to the corresponding department. Submitting a request does not create a binding legal contract until a written proposal is signed.
3. User Conduct & Accuracy
Users are responsible for ensuring that all data submitted (names, contact info, request details) is accurate and truthful. Fraudulent or abusive submissions may result in service blocking and legal follow-up.
4. Intellectual Property
The brand name GRICOSIG, slogan "Delivering Unified Solutions", custom templates, graphics, and codebase are the exclusive property of GRICOSIG SMC LTD. Unauthorized copying or redistribution is prohibited.
5. Disclaimers & Liability
While we maintain 99.9% VPS server uptime and strive for absolute service accuracy, GRICOSIG is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from service delay, data transmission issues, or external factors.
